Title 1 Parent Engagement Solutions
Practical Parent Education answers three questions for your Title I program:
How do you get parents to come to your school?
What content do you give them once they are there?
Is your parent engagement program compliant with Title I regulations?
Over 50 lessons, including evaluation instruments, 150+ Parenting Quick Tips (all materials in English and Spanish) and two days of hands-on, interactive PPE training will give your parent involvement facilitators the practical tools that they need to create and sustain an effective Parent Engagement program. The cost for all of the materials and the training, plus one year of PPE support services is $1,000 per person.
You can order your entire PPE program now and the curriculum will be sent to you immediately. You will have twelve months to schedule your training. This arrangement will allow you to use stimulus dollars during your "purchasing window" to strengthen your program but you will have time to pick your facilitators from your existing staff or from staff to be identified later. You can continue to use the support services of Practical Parent Education in the years after your initial subscription and receive curriculum updates annually by renewing the subscriptions of each trained parent educator at the rate of $125 per year (effective September 1, 2010).
